I decided to dust off an old die that I had from Stampin Up, "Button #5" and use it.
Add a Button
Starting off with a coloured card base I stamped out the flourish from Everything Eleanor and then with a white gel pen I accented the design to make it pop a little more. Then remember all those paint chips. Well I had one that had a design on the backside so I used that for my buttons, cutting them from the die.
A little bit of twine to tie the buttons and done!
So what can you do with buttons. Show us your stuff. Don't forget to link it to our challenge site.
Thanks for stopping by.

HI Nancy! I love your CAS card with the Everything Eleanor Stamp and the Buttons#5. I almost used Buttons#5 but went with TH sewing edge instead. I really like the stitching around the flourish. I am impressed that the Buttons #5 cut through the paint chip. Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteHi Nancy, this is such a pretty and elegant CAS card! Love the rounded corner, too! Funny how most of the CAS gals rounded the corner in this challenge!
ReplyDeleteWhat a perfect CAS card Nancy, and so elegant! I love the rounded corner detail and the white gel accent around the stamped image and the patterned paint chip was an inspired choice for your die cut buttons! Ruth x
