TST #113 Scraps in 5!

That right 5!  It took my 5 minutes using scraps to make this card.

I used the sketch from this weeks Try Stampin on Tuesday, and a tag that I had created ages ago.

I used to use the tag as a book mark before I started reading on my Kobo about a year ago, so I simply trimmed it down to fit into the little pocket that I created for the front of the card.  The colours were obviously taken from the colours used on the tag.
In order to create the design along the bottom of the card I stamped using the rock n roll method to the oak leaf and then with the coordinating cardstock I torn the edge of it on an angle and using a screwer I rolled the edges to give it an even more tattered look.

The tag can still be removed and this card can be given to anyone who still reads the old fashion way!

I hope you like what I have created.  Now it's your turn.  Use some of your old scraps and see what you can come up with.  Can you beat my 5 minutes!  Give it a try.  Need some more inspiration to create your own card.  Hop on over to the Try Stampin site to see what the other Great Designers have in store for you.  Don't forget to post your card so that we can all see what you have created.

Thanks for stopping by.
