An A2 card measures 4.25...Thanks for your comment. An A2 card measures 4.25x5.5. So using half a sheet from an 8 1/2x11 cardstock will give you the card base. The slot is made by using the word window punch from Stampin Up. Hope that helps. Regular A2 card but with approx. 1 1/2" cut off the front and a hole punched into the front of the card that the buckle can fit into. You can just see the hole on the front of the card in one of the pictures. The buckle slides right into the hole to hold the card closed.
